All orders in ZWave Center are covered by the Buyer Protection Program, which provides you 15 days money back guarantee. We want you to be completely happy with the products you have purchased form us. If you are not, simply return the items in the condition you have received them and we will refund your money or exchange the item.

You will NOT be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
in all cases covered by the Buyer Protection Program:

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must put it all back in the same way as it was before you opened it. The product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Products returned damaged, with damaged packaging and/or missing parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

PRODUCTS WARRANTY

ZWave Center warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 MONTHS from the date of the original purchase. If an item you purchased from us fails within the manufacturer's warranty period you can return it to us and we will replace (or repair) it for free. In case of warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
